The factory has been renovated and improved since then. We have managed to keep up with modern technology and proudly use the equipment and methods aligned with the modern food grade manufacturing standards.

We have already taken steps toward an entirely environmentally friendly plantation. We use compost and refrain from chemical fertilizers unless absolutely mandatory. Our production and harvesting methods are eco-friendly. |

Our People |

|
Possibiliteas employs workers from the local area. We also have resident workers, who are provided housing. The Healing Hands Women’s Organization occupies an office, which provides various pro bono services to our workers, regarding their health, sanitation, and even financial help when necessary. Our people are treated fairly, and we follow good human resource management practices. |
